Rate information for this Indian Rocks Beach villa rental
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- From $2450/Week

A $200 deposit is required to secure a booking. Bookings will initially be reserved for 7 days whilst awaiting the deposit. If after 7 days the $200 deposit has not been received then the property will be readvertised.
50% of the remaining balance is to be paid within 60 days of the rental date with the remaining 50% of total due within 30 days of occupancy agreement.
Cleaning charge of $100.
Add 12% tax to all rates.

Normal weekly linen changes are every Saturday and are included in the house hire fees. If extra changes are required during the week, then a laundry charge of $40 will be charged.
