*Security Deposit: $300 will be collected at the time of 1st deposit. This security deposit will be refunded if no damage or loss occurs.
*Cleaning Fee: $75 (cash) is to be left on the counter for the cleaning service.

Cancellations and Refunds:
For any cancellations which occur at least 60 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, refund of monies paid less $300.
For cancellations that occur within 60 days of your scheduled arrival date, for any reason whatsoever, deposits and rental payment are refunded only to the extent that your week(s)/month(s) can be re-rented.
Please do not wait for the last minute to cancel.
Ocean Village Resorts does not permit trailers, pick-up trucks, commercial vehicles, campers, motor homes, RVs, boats or boat trailers on the site. suv's and family vans with rear windows are allowed.
We do not rent to singles under 25; proof of age required; you will be checked.
No pets/dogs are allowed.
Smoking is not allowed. No exceptions! If this is violated, $300 deposit will be kept towards cleaning!

There are ceramic tiles throughout so you don't have to worry about sandy feet. A spacious screened balcony is the perfect place to watch the sunrise over the ocean or watch your favorite golfer at the first hole, located right behind the building. A brand-new, generously sized, front loading washer and dryer right inside the apartment is a great convenience. The apartment is on the third floor which maximizes the beautiful view while still being wheelchair accessible due to the elevator right down the hall. Amenities: The apartment is completely furnished with plenty of linens and towels provided. The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with ice-maker and filtered water, toaster, toaster oven, coffee maker, small food processor, and a blender for a refreshing frozen margarita.
The central A/C gives you the option of cooler air or you can open the windows and with the front screen door you'll have a great cross-breeze to enjoy the ocean air and the sound of the waves crashing. The brand-new washer & dryer, iron and ironing board means you can always look fresh and pressed. Brand-new tropical looking ceiling fans in living room and bedroom provide a great breeze. Two Color TV's and a DVD/VCR provide additional entertainment. A full-sized stereo is also available. The screened patio has a table and chairs perfect for alfresco dining. Beach chairs, towels and blanket means you're all set to enjoy a day on the beach, located just across the golf course. The extra telephone jack, located by the built in desk, can be used with your dial-up Internet service provider.
The resort features 3 swimming pools (heated in winter), 10 tennis courts, 1 racquetball/squash court, 2 paddle ball courts, a 6-hole miniature golf course and a 9-hole, par-27 executive golf course (longest hole 175 yards - shortest hole 70 yards) which is free in the Off-Season and has a $2 green fee from about Dec 20 thru a week after Easter. The resort also has its own 4-Star restaurant, Kristy's on the Ocean which is located next to the largest of the 3 swimming pools. Also featured next to the pool is a pool-side Tiki Bar which is open for food and drinks about 4 or 5 days a week depending on the weather, a 'kiddie pool' for small children, a hot-tub, a Bocce court, and an exercise room with sauna and shower facilities. Activities: Golf: If Ocean Village's 9-hole golf course is not enough for you there are 17 championship golf facilities consisting of 21 separate courses (mostly Fazio and Nicklaus designed) all within a 40 minute drive.
Ski: Off-Track Betting is also featured here. Area: The closest international airport is West Palm Beach which is about an hour away. Our favorite local breakfast place is The Captain's Galley located just across the Bridge on the corner of A1A and US1. It features classic dinner fare at reasonable prices with a fast and friendly service. For dinner there is Kristy's right across the first hole of the golf course with a dining room that overlooks the ocean. Outside the complex there is Chuck's Seafood overlooking the bay on A1A and numerous other restaurants within a short drive.
Golf: Prices range from $15 to $35 for 18 holes with a cart during the off-season. In-season prices are about double. All of these courses are open to the public. Fishing: There is great fishing for Bluefish, Pompano and other species right on our beach during the winter months. There is also excellent fishing at the local bridges and jetties. Elliott Museum - 20 minutes south on Route A1A Manatee Observation Area - 5 minutes away in downtown Fort Pierce - great place to see live manatees (best viewing in winter) It's free! Disneyworld/Universal Studios - approximately 2 hours away Kennedy Space Center - approximately 1 hour 45 minutes north Horseback Riding on the Beach - offered at the Frederick Douglass Memorial Park about 3-4 miles south of Ocean Village on the 1st, 2nd and 4th Sunday of each month $30, call (561)489-4FUN Fort Pierce Jai Alai - located on King's Highway about a mile north of the FL Turnpike exit at Fort Pierce (Seasonal).
