Winter Park Ski Resort, ten miles to Granby and 18 miles to Grand Lake and Rocky Mountain National Park. We are also a member of the Measdowridge Health Club which has Racket Ball, tennis Courts, large heated outdoor poo; and 2 hot tubs! Our unit is equipped with Comcast high speed wireless internet access so come and work from Fraser! We also have a variety of Children's DVD's and video and toys for your convenience. A Baby highchair, stroller and porta crib are also available for your use if needed!

Denver International airport is only one and a half hour drive along 170 highway! A variety of shops are located in both Fraser and Winter park with Safeway only minutes away for the forgotten dinner items! Come experience the unique luxury completely different to most rentals available! This kitchen is to die for with Hickory cabinets, granite counters and stainless steel high-end appliances! This kitchen has been fully equipped with everything a gourmet chef requires from the deluxe waffle maker, Gas BBQ, 16 individual coffee maker, titanium pots and pans, all small kitchen appliances and utensils-nothing was forgotten! A great entertaining place to hang out with friends and cook a gourmet meal or quick breakfast before hitting the slopes! Relax in the large family room around the gas fireplace with plenty of comfy seating on the leather love seat, ultra suede three person queen couch and the luxury leather recliner and cow ottoman! Most normal rentals have a love seat and chair!

Ski: World class skiing with some of the highest snow falls! This is the closest ski resort to Denver! No waiting in the traffic on I70!

Golf: Custom log furniture was designed for two of the rooms with the master having a stunning wood and leather rustic bed! All rooms have high-end queen pillow top mattresses, thick down comforters, private TV/DVD(cable), thick soft towels and private thick robes to wear to the hot tub or lazing around the house! Even the babies were not forgotten (we have one!) a pack-n-play and highchair are available! The modern western chic decor provides the complete mountain experience! Treat your self to soaking in the 10+ person outdoor hot tub after a hard day of skiing, mountain biking, hiking or other Winter Park fun! Relatively secluded due to such a small community!
