Living Room / Dining Room: This room contains a large comfortable soft leather couch, love seat and two leather barrel swivel chairs to relax in as you enjoy the 42 inch Flat Screen HDTV television. There is also a DVD/VCR and music system for your enjoyment, all are remote controlled, There are ample end tables with lamps, cocktail table and room accent lamps. Sliding glass doors open to the balcony with a lovely gulf view. The elegant glass dining table seats six with an open view of the living room.
Kitchen / Family Room: The Kitchen is fully equipped. A pass-through counter provides easy access to the breakfast bar, which is adjacent to the family room that is furnished in Florida Style furniture which includes a queen size hide-a-bed. Sliding glass doors open onto the wrap around balcony of the family room for a view of the tennis court and gulf water. For your convenience the utility room adjoining the kitchen has extra cabinets, room for your beach items and is equipped with a washer and dryer.
General Information: The complex includes reserved covered parking, heated pool Is located beachside, tennis court located at the entrance of the complex. Lounge chairs located at both the pool and beach are also provided. Linens and bath towels are provided. Please bring your own beach towels. AMENITIES: Tennis court, heated pool located directly on the beach, jacuzzi at poolside. Washer/dryer in the unit, microwave, stove, oven, refrigerator/freezer, coffee maker, garbage disposal, fully equipped kitchen. Television in each bedroom and living room. Walking distance to excellent restaurants, both casual and elegant dining. Walking distance to shopping, groceries and other activities, 25 minutes to downtown Sarasota where you can enjoy theater, movies, concerts, shopping, art galleries and fine restaurants.
Golf: many golf courses are availablewith a few minutes drive time envolved.
