We charge a flat rate of $1,834.00 for reservations covering Christmas or New Year's Holiday. This rate covers up to 7 nights. Additional nights are billed at the normal nightly rate. Christmas reservations must vacate by December 29 and New Years reservations cannot arrive earlier than December 29. Reservations which include both Christmas and New Years are billed a flat rate of $3,668.00 and cover up to 14 nights. Additional nights are billed at the normal rate. - All rates quoted are based upon four (4) person occupancy and are charged based upon the numberof nights you stay.
Absolute minimum requirement for booking a reservation is three (3) nights.
Minimum requirement for Christmas, New Year's, Thanksgiving, Easter and BYU Graduation (Spring) is 7 nights.
Minimum requirement for Memorial Day, Labor Day and Fourth of July is 5 nights.
Add $15.99 daily charge for each additional guest over four (4) person occupancy up to a maximum of eight (8) people, including children over 1 year of age.
One (1) parking stall is provided per vacation home. Extra parking may be ordered through our secure online reservations system.
Add a one-time, non-refundable $100.00 cleaning fee to all reservations.

More about Hale Ko'olau: We have owned and operated these properties for two generations. We have operated as Hale Koolau LLC for nearly a decade, however prior to this change of entity we operated the business as sole proprietors, accommodating thousands of guests over the years. We are a member of the Better Business Bureau of Hawaii with an A+ rating, member of the Hawaii Chamber of Commerce, and have an 'excellent' rating on TripAdvisor. Guests who stay with us get more than just a place to sleep at night, they get their own beach house on the North Shore of Oahu. We have 450 linear feet of oceanfront property giving our guests plenty of room to lounge in the sun while being cooled down by the gentle breezes of the South Pacific Ocean. We also have four hot tubs on the property plus kayaks, boogie boards, snorkeling gear and complimentary high-speed internet.
NO HIDDEN FEES!!!: Why spend money at a hotel where they charge you for every little item you use? Here at Hale Koolau: Forget minibar charges; we have full kitchens in each unit for your convenient use. Parking fees? Not from us. Each guest receives a complimentary parking stall for their automobile. Telephone bill? Nope. Each unit comes with a dedicated phone number and phone with free calling island-wide on Oahu. Resort fees? No way! At Hale Koolau you are at your home away from home! We also offer complimentary high-speed broadband wireless internet access for all guests to use!
We are really on the beach!: Hale Ko'olau is really right on the beach. We are not 'steps to the beach' or 'just across the street' but are really right there. Sleep at night with your bedroom windows open and listen to the sound of the ocean. During the day relax on our expansive oceanfront yards, use our complimentary kayaks, enjoy our hot tubs...this is paradise!
