Year Long Renovation: The custom built desk and storage cabinets are covered with granite. A 50' Panasonic Plasma HDTV is mounted on the wall above it. The custom made natural maple kitchen cabinets are accented with luxurious emerald pearl granite on full backsplashes and counters. The three bathrooms have new granite counters, new vanities and mirrors. The master bath has travertine floors,custom cabinets. Two of the shower/tub combinations have been turned into Walk-In Showers. The third bathroom remains a shower/tub combination. The bedrooms have new carpet and the living areas have travertine flooring. Window coverings are new. We have new, high quality King Size Beds in Two of the bedrooms and Twins in the Third bedroom. All three bedrooms have an adjoining bath. Two of the bedrooms are upstairs and the third is to the right of the entry foyer. Each bedroom is far enough away from the living area to give everyone their own space when wanted. There is a TV in every bedroom.

WIFI, Satellite TV, ESPN GAME PLAN, Golf, Tennis: Everyone will have a chance to use their computers with our Wireless Hi Speed Internet. All 4 TVs have Direct TV Sports Pack and HBO. A laundry room to the left of the entry way has a washer and dryer. The kitchen has new cookware, plates, glasses, etc. The coffee maker, toaster, baking dishes, pans, plastic storage container, cheese grater, bottle openers, pitchers are available for cooks. The grocery store at Freshfields has meals to go. Have gourmet meals at home or at the restaurants on Kiawah and in Charleston. Golf- 5 Championship Golf Courses: Cougar Point, Turtle Point, Osprey Point, Oak Point and the famous Ocean Course with 5 Master Architects: Tom Fazio, Peter Dye, Clyde Johnston, Gary Player and Jack Nicklaus. The Ocean Course was the host of the 1991 Ryder Cup and will host the 2007 Senior PGA Championship and the 2012 PGA Championship. Renowned Tennis Center has excellent instructors. Bike Riding- 30 miles of paved trails.

Wildlife Watching, Activities: The Kiawah Conservancy was formed to protect the wildlife. The island has received numerous Audubon society awards. The nearby Bohichet Marina offers boat tours for dolphin watching and deep sea fishing and boats for rental. Other activities on Kiawah include volleyball, basketball, soccer, playgrounds, organized family and/or children activities. Freshfields has organized free events during the summer, such as free concerts and movies on the green. Charleston is a fun outing. In addition to the great restaurants, they have carriage tours, art galleries and some of the best antique stores anywhere. Historic Charleston and the surrounding area have numerous events and tours that change according to the time of year.
