Check-in is 4:00pm / Check-out is no later than 11:00am unless otherwise arranged.
A security deposit of $200 is required at the time of the final payment and will be promptly refunded after the premises has been cleaned, inspected and inventoried. Security deposit is waived if payment is made by Credit Card.
You may cancel your reservation 15 days before your arrival date and receive a refund of your deposit less a $50 cancellation fee. Cancellations 14 days or less prior to your arrival will be refunded only to the extent that the property is re-rented for the same period.

- Placid Waters and Harvest Moon Bedrooms each features a queen size Captain's Bed with 6 drawers under the bed for clothing storage plus a built-in closet. Clock radios / CD players are also provided. Bear cubs Den was designed with children in mind. It features two double bunk beds, always a kid's favorite, which comfortably sleeps 4 and includes a small board game table and a DVD Player. Storage is provided in wheeled bins which can conveniently be rolled under the bunks. A Pack'N'Play is also available. Please note that the upper bunks are too close to the ceiling for adults.
