Rates are daily, weekly, monthly. Special rates available for monthly rental from September to May. Call for information. All reservations require a 50% deposit within 10 days of initial reservation. The remainder is due 14 days prior to arrival along with a refundable $200 damage deposit. If a deposit is not received 10 days after reservation we will consider your reservation cancelled. All reservations are considered sold 14 days prior to your arrival date. If your travel plans change within 14 days prior to your arrival date, we will make every effort to resell your room. Refunds will be given if the room is resold, less a $25 booking fee. If the room is not resold, you are responsible for the amount of your original expected stay. No cancellations for 4th of July week/weekend and Coast Guard Week.

NO SMOKING anywhere in building, NO PETS Great for couples or families! Grand Haven has it all-swimming, boating, hiking, shopping, walking, golfing nearby, Musical Fountain and many downtown restaurants! There's also Coast Guard Fest from the last week in July to first week in August.
