For entertainment there is DVD, cable TV, total 4 TVs, Game Cube. Local phone in 407 area code. Internet access via Solana resort club house. Outside there is BBQ, garage, parking, 6 garden chairs. Communal pool, heated pool, outdoor pool, private pool and spa. Children are welcome, Non smoking only, Pets not allowed, suitable for elderly or infirm. Our pool is protected by a screen to ensure that none of your children can enter the pool without you knowing and the large water heater can keep you warm in the winter months for a small fee per day.

Our brand new home is in an excellent location for exploring all the delights of Disney, SeaWorld and Universal as well as travel to the beaches and attractions of Tampa , Busch Gardens and Kennedy Space Center. It is fully licensed and registered in the State of Florida and managed locally by a professional management company who ensures the pool and property are maintained to a very high standard. A coordinator is on 24hr call-out for emergencies The 'great ' room has two comfortable sofa’s, an informal dining table and chairs , cable TV, DVD with a choice of movies available for your enjoyment. There is an extended porch with sliding door from the Master Bedroom to the pool area so you can lounge and take in the sun or sit in the shade and sip a cocktail or beer whilst the sun goes down.
