The fully equipped kitchen features everything you will need to prepare a snack or a gourmet meal. We have also provided some board games, puzzles, a stereo system with a supply of music CDs, a high chair and portable crib for the youngsters, ice chests to take to the pool or beach, beach chairs, and even a basic first aid kit. We have simply tried to think of everything you would want or need to make your vacation a special experience. If you have a boat – Bring it! Boat docks are available on a space available basis, just across the street at our private docking facilities. There is no additional charge for using our boat dock! Even if you don’t bring a boat, you will want to walk over to the boat docks and sit on the benches at the end of the dock to watch the sunrise (for you early morning folks) or just sit and enjoy the boating activity on Lemon Bay.

Located on Manasota Key in Englewood, Florida, this condo is the perfect getaway from the bustle and noise of everyday life or enjoy the glamour and excitement of Florida's Gulf Coast. This unit is directly on the gulf - it doesn't get any better than this! Many condos boast of a “partial gulf view” and while you can just barely see the gulf from the front door of this condo…the real value of this location is that you are just so close to the pool and the gulf.
