Beautiful, three-story, tower home with six bedrooms, five bathrooms and private pool located in Frangista Beach community. This 3800-square-foot house with 700 square feet of decks have lovely views of the gulf and colorful sunsets. The tower views alone will provide five-mile, breathtaking views of the surrounding area. The community pool and cabana is just 2 houses down. Access to the white sands and emerald gulf is just a block away, a two-minute walk in a very pedestrian-friendly area. Five-minute walk to coffee shops, internet cafes, and water front restaurants. This home is furnished with comfortable sofas for ample seating, carpets as well as fun beach art. Mandatory Evacuation: A hurricane must be named by the National Weather Service and a mandatory evacuation for Destin issued in order for you to be refunded for early departure. If this is the case a pro-rated amount will be refunded.

The dining room and breakfast bar can host all those board games and spirited dinner discussions. This floor also has a queen-size bedroom and adjacent full bathroom. The first floor has a bunk room that sleeps four, a bedroom with twins. These two bedrooms share a bath. The third queen-size bedroom has a private bath. This level also has a second refrigerator, microwave and ice maker for all those extra summer time treats. The house also feature two sets of washers and dryers on first and third floors. The house has a private pool as well as access to the community pool, just steps from the beach.

Biking, Golf, Miniature Golf, Amusement Parks, Fishing, Shopping, Restaurants, Cinemas, Swimming, Snorkeling/Diving, Boating, Parasailing Athena's is located within minutes of Publix and Destin's Commons Mall which has a number of restaurants, fun shops and movie theaters.
