This home is located within minutes of downtown Reno and Sparks along with only 30 minutes from the Sierra ski areas. This home has a two car garage for your convenience and can make an enjoyable difference in your visit to our city. This is also a perfect alternative when you are traveling with a group and want to stay together. Our home offers four bedrooms and three bathrooms along with a couch can sleep 1 person in the living room.
The Reno/Sparks area is quickly becoming the world’s play area with our year round activities. This area offers a wide variety of activities throughout the year. Each event brings thousands of people into the area causing overcrowding in the available motels and hotels.
