Glen Lake Art Fair (July 15,2009): The Glen Lake Art Fair is the third Wednesday in July in Glen Arbor with more than 95 artists participating. Fireplace, microwave, charcoal grill, rowboat, picnic table, fire pit, new living room furniture, new queen and double bed, new blankets, updated bath and tile shower, TV/DVD/VCR Linens and towels not furnished. No pets. Maximum 6 people.
27 golf courses nearby (The Dunes - 5 miles); tennis courts in Glen Arbor and across from The Dunes Golf Course;swim in Glen Lake or Lake Michigan (2 miles); sand dune climbing across the street; health fitness center, charter fishing, art shops, restaurants in Glen Arbor-4 miles; horseback riding, hiking, restaurants around the lake; walking in the woods on Alligator Hill for majestic views of both Glen Lake and Lake Michigan-1 mile; climb the Empire Bluffs overlooking Lake Michigan - 5 miles; touring the Sleeping Bear National Lakeshore and the Coast Guard Museum at Glen Haven - 1 mile; browsing the creative shops selling unique and local artisans work all over the Leelanau Peninsula; and an absolute must - drive the Stocking Scenic Drive through the woods to the top of the Sleeping Bear Sand Dunes, wine tasting tours on Leelanau Peninsula.
