This is a great summer vacation home and a perfect house for the winter months. Located on the lakeside of Hwy 95 it is close to town and close to the water/launch ramp. Huge 5 car boat deep air conditioned garage, R.V. parking to the rear of property. House has a great kitchen fully equipped with all the amenities, tile floors, Corian counter tops. There is a rooftop balcony that overlooks the lake and surrounding mountains. Brand NEW Pool will be completed Jan 31, 2007
