Small pets welcomed at a rate of $125/week for one; $200/week for two or $20/day each.
Half of rent is due upfront to secure the reservation. Remainder of the rent plus 11% Florida tax and a $400 security deposit ($750 for student groups) is due 30 days prior to scheduled arrival. The security deposit will be refunded within 2-3 days of checkout, if the property is left in the condition in which it was found and all rental policies are followed.
A cleaning fee of $60-$80 will be charged for rentals of less than a full week.
All reservations during spring/summer are from Saturday (4 pm check-in) to Saturday (10 am checkout).
The home is available for long term rental during the fall and winter. Monthly rate for Nov-Feb is $1275 plus utilities for two people for 2-3 months. Ask about other arrangements.
