All funds must be received 45 days before arrival. There is a $150. refundable security deposit, returned within 14 days after your visit. Refundable security deposit holds reservation except for bookings more than 3 mo in advance.. Cleaning fee is $75. Cancellations 45 days or more before arrival date, receive a complete refund, minus $150 cancellation fee. Less than 45 days to arrival cancellations, $150 cancel fee and any credit card and Paypal service charges will be deducted, guest will forfeit rental fees paid unless facilities can be rebooked for the same period of time.
For bookings more than 3 months in advance we need security deposit of $150.00 PLUS 50% of rental amount will hold dates. Balance is due 45 days before arrival date.
