**Mountain Living at it's best.** Enjoy historic Breckenridge where you can experience some of the best skiing in Colorado. Los Pinos is conveniently located by the Snowflake lift for easy ski-in and ski-out access. Only a few blocks from town you can either walk or take the free shuttle bus to Main Street where you can enjoy shopping and dining. Our spacious condominium is beautifully appointed with mountain furnishings and also offers a one-car, heated garage. There is ski storage in the garage and direct entry to the unit. Comfortably designed to sleep six, the unit has two bedrooms on the lower level with queen-size beds and two full baths. You will also find a washer and dryer on this level for your use. The main level features a pull-out sofa, gas fireplace, fully stocked kitchen and deck with mountain and city views.

During the summer months, Breckenridge hosts two fabulous orchestras: The Breckenridge Music Festival, consisting of musicians from symphonic orchestras throughout the country and the National Repertory Orchestra, an orchestra consisting of the most talented, young musicians training for top symphonic orchestras. The amphitheatre is located about three blocks from the condo. Summit County is also a bikers paradise with over 70 miles of paved bike paths criss-crossing the county. Just outside of Breckenridge is a Jack Nicholas public golf course. If you choose not to rent a car, you can reserve space on Colorado Mountain Express, which will drop you right at the front door! There is a wonderful visitors center, located on Main Street by the Riverwalk Center, can provide you with just about any information you might want on hiking, biking, fishing, golfing, boating on Lake Dillon and more!

There is also access to an off-site, heated swimming pool (covered during the winter) a short distance away which is enjoyed by other surrounding condominiums in our Association. Breckenridge also has a great recreation center with the newest fitness equipment, exercise classes and and adult pool/kiddie pool. Our condo has a ground level entry, so no stairs to maneuver carrying skis and bags!
