- We require 50% deposit upon signing the lease and 50% + Security deposit due by April 1st. We also collect a $500 security deposit for 1 & 2 week rentals and a $1000 security deposit for monthly rentals. We will have a cleaning person come in at the end of your stay and clean, the cost will be deducted from your security deposit, normally $100. If the cost for cleaning exceeds $100, any additional cost will be deducted from the deposit. We want you to have an absolutely clean home to greet you, just as the person before you did! .Thank You
