A 50% deposit is required to confirm all reservations, except those made within 30 days of rental period must be paid in full. Final payment must be received no less than fourteen days before rental period begins. Key and info packet are mailed out 7-10 days before rental period. Unit is ready 4pm on arrival date. Check-out before noon on departure date. Early arrival/late departure times may be allowed if no bookings before/after rental period, respectively.
Got a last-minute reservation? No problem. Pay with cash or credit card and time-permitting, we will send the key with overnight delivery. Or, drop by our Chevy Chase, MD location and pick up the key. -
A thirty-day written advance notice of cancellation is required for full deposit refund. If the unit can be re-rented, a pro-rata refund will be issued less an administration fee of $50.00.
An initial deposit to secure reservation must be made by credit card. Remaining payments may be made by credit card, PayPal, or personal check, although no checks are accepted within fourteen days of rental period. All state and local taxes are included in rate quote.
A refundable $50 security deposit is required 14 days in advance of occupancy to protect against damages and to ensure timely return of the door key. A self-addressed stamped envelope is mailed with the key to make the return process hassle-free.
