In the immediate local area you will find opportunities to go whale-watching or bird-watching; sea kayaking or deep-sea fishing; or just lounging around the property reading a book by the water. If you are a golfer there are several excellent courses within a one-hour radius; if you are a shopper there are plenty of antique shops and crafts boutiques all along the coast.
