Outdoor and Indoor Amenities: Outside you will enjoy our new 15 'x 34' chlorine-free pool and private hot tub that seats six. There is a volleyball pit and net as well as an area to play horseshoes. A screened in porch and wraparound decks on both levels overlook the pool and natural live oaks. We provide a grill and outdoor pool furniture on the pool decks. The house is on the ocean side of the road, about a 2 minute walk to the beach. For those planning a full day on the beach, the community provides parking beside the ocean walkway for residents and renters in Seahawk.
Amenities: BlueWave is conveniently located in South Duck, about a mile north of the Route 12 and Rt 158 intersection. The house is steps away from scenic Duck Trail that parallels sound (biking, running, walking, skating). Fish world-class waters, walk to fine dining, shop at quaint village and waterfront shops and art galleries, or go shelling, bird watching, and crabbing. Walk to the sound side for jet skiing, kayaking, or parasailing, and to the beach for sunbathing or surfing. Play golf at one of the six golf courses or go putt-putt. Attractions: Visit the Currituck Wild Horse Sanctuary and ATV outback tours, Currituck Beach Lighthouse, and the Wright Brothers National Memorial and Visitor Center. Climb the highest sand dune on the East Coast - Jockey's Ridge State Park - a great place for kite flying and hang gliding. Tour Elizabeth Gardens, with sunken floral, herb, wildflower and rose gardens. Enjoy the Roanoke Island Festival Park and tour the Elizabeth II sailing vessel.
