From the screened lanai, watch the pelicans and dolphins, listen to the surf, and view gorgeous sunsets. Walk out the door, pass the heated pool and arrive on the white sand beach stretching for miles in each direction with interesting seashells to collect. The comfortable family room includes a big screen TV with VCR and DVD player and a game table, all with a Gulf view and overlooking beautifully landscaped grounds. The dining room seats 6-8 at a glass-topped table and includes barstools at a counter adjoining the kitchen. One Month Minimum Rental Required.

The fully equipped kitchen with new maple cabinets, Corian counter tops and all new appliances has a microwave, electric stove and self-cleaning oven, dishwasher, trash compactor, filtered water system, side-by-side refrigerator with ice maker and filtered water, and a large-capacity washer and dryer. A complete set of dishes, glassware, cookware, silverware and utensils are also included along with small appliances - a coffeemaker, blender, juicer, can opener and toaster. The master bedroom suite with a Gulf view is furnished with white wicker furniture, a king-sized bed and two dressers. The adjoining dressing area features Corian counter tops, a custom walk-in closet and a full bath with all new ceramic tile and fixtures. Other bedrooms include a guest room furnished with twin beds and a double dresser and a cozy den with a queen-sized sofa sleeper. The den also includes a new TV with VCR player along with a computer and printer with high-speed Internet access.

All bedrooms have variable-speed ceiling fans. The hall bathroom features all new ceramic tiles, Corian counter tops and a wide walk-in shower. Ample linens, beach towels and beach chairs are also available. No smoking and no pets, please. Amenities: Heated pool overlooking the Gulf, white sand beach, tennis court, beautifully maintained lush grounds with palm trees and flowers, reserved parking by front door, guest parking across the street, security building with intercom, 24 units in building with only 3 per floor, screened lanai overlooking beach, storm shutters, all new appliances, new carpet and ceramic tile, Corian counter tops, cordless phones, answering machine, computer and printer, high-speed Internet access, big screen TV, VCR and DVD player, second TV, stereo with CD and tape players, jigsaw puzzles, books, and ceiling fans in all bedrooms.
