The back of the property is adjacent to the Green Mountain National forest there are many trails to both hike and snowshoe on. Enjoy our private pond and if you are lucky you can catch a glimpse of our areas elusive 'Bull Moose' quite spectacular!! This property is very unique in that it is located minutes from both Stratton and Bromley mountain yet only 7 minute drive to Manchester skiing just minutes away.
Area: This house is close to the Snowmobile trails as well. Experience great mountain views yet have the convenience of a great village fro shopping, restaurants movies etc. This home has a great location, secluded with great mountain views, yet just minutes to downtown Manchester with renowned shopping and great restaurants. Fall foliage is a great attraction here It is truly becoming a golfers paradise as well. Stratton's 27-hole championship course is about 8 minutes down the road. There are about 15 different courses of all types within a 40 minute ride.
