Dining Room and Kitchen To the right of the entrance is the large dining room for 8 followed by the kitchen with a breakfast dinette for 4. To the left is the laundry room and the downstairs half bathroom. Directly in front of you is our large family / living room. Pool An upgraded, screen enclosed, pool next to a raised spa with underwater light for night swimming; large sun deck with pool furniture for your relaxation; and a covered lanai for some welcome shade. A gas barbecue grill is available on the sun deck for an additional fee of $50. This covers the gas and the cleaning charge. Smoking is permitted on the patio area. No smoking inside the house please. Game Room Two car garage is converted into a game room with air hockey, 8' pool table and ping-pong.
