What better way to enjoy Florida than to “live the American dream” and enjoy your own home for a couple of weeks! Why stay in a hotel when you can have the luxury of coming home to this peaceful, spacious and exclusive villa on the prestigious Emerald Island Resort and experience the convenience of home-from-home accommodation. This is the closest residential community to Walt Disney World's four theme parks making it a much sought after location. Inside Emerald Island Delight, you will find all of the latest features in vacation rentals.
Constructed in 2004, all rooms are spacious and tastefully decorated with a very high standard of furnishings throughout. With 4 bedrooms/3 bathrooms, which include 2 master suites (one king and one queen, with en-suite facilities and walk-in closets), 2 Twin rooms for the kids which also come with attachments to make large double beds.All rooms have cable TV. This villa will make the perfect vacation for any size family/families or group of up to 10 guests. Our dining room features a dining table with 6 chairs, and another dining area including table with 4 chairs which is great for the children. There is also a breakfast bar with bar stools. Our beautiful home also includes a fully screened custom built heated pool with raised spa/jacuzzi (with removable safety barrier), under water light and separate heating controls.
We have a separate Patio area, with sliding patio doors from the lounge and bedroom area, with gas barbecue grill (complimentary use for our guests) and a large garden area. Amenities:Clubhouse with a lavish swimming pool and spa; Tiki pool bar (for drinks and snacks); Gym/fitness facility, sauna and steam room; Games room and a cyber café/computer room; Snack bar; Meeting room; Nature trail; Children’s play area/park; Barbecue area; Tennis Courts; Volleyball Court; 24-hour manned gate entrance. With toddlers in mind we have tried to make our home as child friendly as possible, with lots of free extras (eg cot, highchair, lightweight foldaway pushchair/stroller, toys, board games, PlayStation 2, DVDs for all the family, provision of a safety barrier for access to pool and inflatables are provided for pool use), and of course not forgetting the on-site children's play area.
