Rate information for this Myrtle Beach house rental
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

Rates quoted are for up to 8 people. There is an extra charge of $100/person per week for up to 14 people.
There is a $3/day/vehicle fee at the main gate.
One half rent is due within 2 weeks of contacting to reserve. The balance PLUS a $300 Security Deposit is due 45 days prior to rental start date. The security deposit will be refunded within 3 weeks after departure if there is no damage and you comply with the rental policies.
There is no cleaning fee if you clean and leave the house in the same condition as when you arrived. If you prefer to hire the cleaning done, we will provide you with the name and number of cleaning personnel for you to contact directly for rates.
Cancellation/Refund: Cancellations at least 60 days prior to the rental date will be charged $150.00 processing fee. Cancellations 35-60 days prior to the date will be charged for one night plus the processing fee. There will be no refunds for cancellations made within 35 days of the start date. -
There will be no refunds for bad weather. In the event of a mandatory evacuation due to fire, flood, or hurricane, we will prorate for the required days of evacuation.
Evictions will result in forfeiture of total rental amount plus security deposit .

Required Stay: Saturday to Saturday during season. Low season and winter are flexible.
