Large deck adds to the ambiance of the setting with a screened 6-person hot tub, patio table, dining chairs, 2 chaise lounges, and a large propane gas barbecue.
Location and Ammenities: The home is located within Sunriver Resort, which boasts over 30 miles of paved bike trails, 3 18-hole championship golf courses, a 9-hole putting green, 28 tennis courts, lap pool within Sage Springs Spa, 2 outdoor pools, wading pools, water slide, playground, horseback riding, and more. Discover the marina, surrounding high desert, and mountain lakes for adventures in canoeing, kayaking, fishing, whitewater rafting, and boating. Day trips are abundant and vary by season. Additional amenities include Swim/Tennis passes, reduced fees on golf and other resort owned attractions, access to the Sage Springs Spa as a resort guest, and in-resort shuttle service.
Attractions: In addition to the local activities of swimming, golfing, tennis, paddling, youth programs, etc, try rock climbing, a high ropes course, mountain biking, snow shoeing, snow mobile treks, skiing, snow boarding, ice skating.
