Rental Reservation Agreement. Renter shall pay the owner the rental rate agreed upon arrival. Renter shall pay the owner as follows. $300.00 Good Faith deposit. This is refundable with 30 days noticed if cancellation is necessary. The deposit is returnable upon departure.

No Charge for normal cleaning; provide property is left in condition as arrival
