If cancelled between 1 - 30 days, no money will be refund unless the unit is re-rented out. In this case 50% + difference on the rent will be charged.
Full payments are required 30 days before the arrival date.
There will not be any added taxes, and no cleaning fee. Security deposit $500. Pay with the last payment. Will be returned to renter after checkout with no violation of the rental condition.
