Daily rentals are based on 2 day minimum stay.
Well-mannered pets are welcome with an additional fees.
Reservation can be made by sending us a signed contract along with your security deposit (Ranges from $400 to $600, depending on your vacation variables).
This security deposit is deposited into our account.
Your refund will come back to you in a check written from our account.
The balance of the rents and if applicable any cleaning fees may be paid at any time, but no later than upon check-in.
At this time the guest must pay the full amount of rent for the period which the guest is renting.
When there is no time to send a deposit, cash can be accepted for the deposit and rent on the day of your arrival. -
We will make the beds and do general sanitizing.
Please remove all trash and perishable food to the outside containers.
Please leave the place as you found it.
The rates are based on 2 persons and depend on your cooperation. Pets have additional fees.
