Inside the villa there are three main areas linked by the Media room and the Library. The central area or Living Area, has deeply padded sea grass couches from which to sit and admire the view of Chalk Sound. From here there are three French doors leading out on to the main patio. There is a dining table, which comfortably seats eight and a fully equipped kitchen with top of the range appliances, granite tops, and breakfast bar. The Media room has a large plasma screen TV, DVD, VCR, CD and Bose Sound System. The sound system extends to the Living Area and main patio. Through the Media room you will find a Twin Bedroom and a King Bedroom with en-suite Bathroom with tub. There is a further large bathroom with walk in shower and another washroom with toilet.
On the other side of the Living Area, through the Library, is a Twin Bedroom, and the last of the four bedrooms with sumptuous canopied four poster. There is a Bathroom with walk in shower and another washroom with toilet. All of the bathrooms have twin basins. Further amenities include Free Internet Access, Elevator, Optional A/C, Ceiling Fans in all main areas, Laundry Room. Full Concierge Service Includes; Airport meet and assistance with picking up a taxi. We can advise on rental cars which can be pre-booked and collected on arrival. A familiarity introduction at the villa. 24 hour emergency call-out. A 'welcome' bottle of wine. All linens, towels and hair dryers supplied. There is a mid week clean and garbage collection. Our agent can help with booking any excursion or service from Spa treatments to private chef. Activities:Diving, Snorkeling. Bone Fishing, Boating, Numerous Water Sports, Golf. Tennis
