Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

There is a $500 deposit due upon booking. The remainder of first month's rent is due within 45 days of arrival. You may cancel your reservation prior to the 45th day before arrival. There is a $50 cancellation fee. After the 45th day there is no refund. It is subject to us re-renting the home and a refund may be considered on a prorated basis. The cleaning fee will be deducted from the security deposit. Cleaning fees vary with the condition left by the tenant upon vacating. Typically, they are around $100. Payment is by check or money order. We accept no credit cards.

Relax & Rejuvenate! Amenities: Side by side refrigerator, washer, dryer, stove, microwave, dishwasher, electric coffee pot, toaster, mixer, pots, pans, dishes, utensils, vacuum cleaner, 32' Television, television in bedroom, DVD player, ceiling fans, sewing machine, Central Air Conditioning, California King Bed, Queen bed, Daybed/w pullout mattress, telephone/answering machine, patio furniture, charbroil grill, bed/bath linens, DSL, printer/scanner/fax, desk, fireplace, electric garage door opener, heated pool/spa, clubhouse w/fitness room Activities: Home is next to the #1 public golf course in Arizona, Dinosaur Mt. The home is situated on Sidewinder Golf Course. There is another public golf course 1 1/2 miles away.
The LPGA is played 1 mile from the home in March at the Superstition Mtn Country Club. There are several lakes close by and as well as various hiking trails. Take a liesurely stroll through the arboretum 20 minutes up the road. There are 6 casinos 1/2 hr to 1 hr away. Lots of antique stores to browse thru. Some of the best scenery to see in Sedona is 2 1/2 hours away. Don't forget some of the best major league baseball teams are here for spring training. Area: The property is 40 minutes from Sky Harbor Airport. It is 15 minutes from shopping and dining. There is a grocery store and drugstore 1 1/2 miles away.
