Pool, Spa & Deck: With its 18 adjustable high performance jets, 7 multi-level seats & underwater multicolor lighting, soaking in the hot swirling water of the Hot Tub/Spa is truly a pleasure after a long day out! The south-facing private heated swimming pool catches the sun all day long, whilst there is lots of cover under the extra-large Lanai to escape the sun's rays if required. There is lots of luxury pool lounging furniture & 2 tables for alfresco dining. The pool has been specially designed with a small water feature & tropical planting to create a very pleasing scene overlooking the lake. Garden lighting creates a special atmosphere at night. The whole pool, Spa & deck area is mesh screened to let the sun in but keep the bugs out, and has an outdoor shower. Pool heating is optional during May - September. The pool and spa are regularly maintained by our Management Company. A George Forman electric BBQ grill is provided for guests; a full Gas BBQ may be hired for $70, including cleaning.

Facilities inside: Ceramic tiling & carpets throughout. Full air conditioning & ceiling fans in all bedrooms & living areas. Family Room has new extremely comfortable lounge furniture with color cable television, DVD & CD player. Large sliding windows open to the pool deck. Cool Living Room/Games area with a professional slate bed pool table & 2 further sofas. 2 huge Master Suites are ideal for families or couples sharing. 1 is on the ground floor with glass sliding doors to the pool. Each has King size bed, walk-in closets, v. large bathroom facilities with twin sinks, Roman bath, walk-in shower & separate w.c. 2 further bedrooms upstairs both have 2 twin beds in each & share the third bathroom Powder Room on the ground floor. Open-plan Kitchen with granite worktops, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, full size electric stove with ceramic hob. Dining area overlooking the pool. Separate Laundry Room with large washer & dryer. Garage with automatic door opener.

Facilities continued: A George Forman electric BBQ/Grill is provided free of charge to our guests. The house has the benefit of free WirelessBroadband Internet access, so you can use your laptop anywhere in the home - even out on the pool deck whilst you sip a cold beer! You can make free local phone calls from the house, if calling long distance you can buy a pre-paid phone card from the supermarket or pharmacies. For your peace of mind, the house has a fully-monitored Brinks security alarm system, and we provide a small safe for guests' valuables. You don't have the bother of collecting keys anywhere, just drive straight to 'Still Waters' and entry is via an electronic key pad. You can fish from the lake - just bring your own rods - either from the bank or the fishing dock. There is a Children's Play Area just a few yards away from the house.
