Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- $1675.00 per week during peak season: May 23 - Sept. 12, 2009
- $500.00 refundable Security deposit due upon reservation, remainder due 30 days prior to first day of rental period. Weekly rentals begin at 11:30 AM arrival on the Saturday start date and end at 10:00 AM on the departing Saturday (to allow cleaning services a minimum of 90-minutes between guests). Security deposit will be refunded within 30-days of rental period end date, less any damages assessed by management after inspection.

Amenities: We have a fully furnished home which includes a side by side refrigerator, stove, kitchen utensils, pots and pans, coffee maker, microwave oven, washer/dryer, Weber charcoal grill, cable TV, DVD, and a portable radio/CD player. You will need to bring your own linens and towels. Comforters and pillows provided. Activities: There is endless swimming, boating, canoeing, hiking in the national park, biking on the trails and skiing. One canoe available for guest use and rentals available at local businesses. Canoe from the private beach a short distance to the mouth of the Platte River. Area attractions include winery tours, golf, concerts at Interlochen Arts Academy, casinos and shopping.
Area: Less than a mile to Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore, 10 miles to Sleeping Bear Dunes Climb, 32 miles to downtown Traverse City. 13 miles to Frankfort and Pt. Betsie Lighthouse, 9 miles to Crystal Mtn. for golf.
