Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- $1,925/week in 2014
- Refundable reservation/security deposit due to secure your week. At least half of weekly rent due 60-days prior to your stay with any remainder due 30 days prior to first day of rental period. Weekly rentals begin with 3:30 PM arrival on the Saturday start date and ends at 10:30 AM on the departing Saturday. Security deposits are refunded within 21- business days following rental period end date, less any damages and/or exceess cleaning costs assessed by management after inspection.
PLEASE NOTE: Reservations for the 2013 summer season have already been made starting 6/22/13 through the Saturday after Labor Day. The week of 6/15 - 6/22/13 remains available as of 8/18/12 for $1,850. Please note that guests who 'book' year-to-year are are given first choice to return for the same week the following year. If you are interested in securing a position on our waiting list for priority consideration in the event of a cancellation for 2013, please contact me. - Summer rentals only. All inclusive weekly rate effective summer 2014 is $1,925.
