You may cancel 90 days before the arrival date without penalty.
Cancellation 30-90 days before the arrival date, 50% of the rent ( if paid ) will be refunded and the deposit will not be refunded.
Cancellation less than 30 days before the arrival date, 50% of the rent will be refunded only if the unit is rented.
We will make every effort to re-rent the unit.
