The living room has a 27-inch, wide-screen TV with DVD/VCR combination. The sofa pulls out into a plush, queen-size sleeper. We also have a brand new full size Futon with a very comfortable mattress. Our unit can very comfortably sleep six adults or 4, 5 or 6 person families. We also have a Graco 'Pack and Play' and booster seat available if your family has little ones. Our kitchen has everything you need to make your short- or long-term stay with us comfortable. The dining area will seat four people. We also provide a Weber 'Little Smokie' grill for your grilling needs. One of the five pools is directly across the street from the villa. Our villa has an outside storage closet for all of your beach chairs and toys!
