Many fun activities are available for a jam packed itinerary if you choose busy over just relaxing on the beach. Deep sea fishing, kayaking, Surfing, Buggy bike ridges, Moped rentals, Fort Fisher Museum and state park, North Carolina Aquarium are part of the Pleasure Island (all within 10 minutes.) Take the ferry from Fort Fisher and spend the day in a beautiful historic fishing village, Southport or visit Bald Head Island. Historic downtown Wilmington is a short 25 minute drive with mansions, historic homes, cobblestone streets, shopping and restaurants galore, antique shops, art museums, railroad museum, paddle boat cruise and one of the oldest theatres in the country, Thalian Hall - Wilmington's downtown and riverfront are a real treat. The condos sleeping arrangements are a Queen bed, Full Bed and a Queen sofa bed. Linens are not included so please bring sheets and blankets to snuggle up in as you listen and watch the moon lit waves crash on the beach.

Some of Carolina Beach’s many activities are The Fort Fisher Aquarium, touring the old Fort Fisher forts dating back from the civil war, Kayaking, paddle boating, surf or deep sea fishing, surfing, body boarding, long walk’s on the beach, 2 seated bike rides, lots of shopping, dancing the night away or just cruising on the party boats and dining at great local seafood restaurants.
