If you must cancel prior to sending the rental monies, we will retain the security deposit until we are able to rent your week; if successful, we happily return the deposit. If you must cancel subsequent to sending the rental monies, we will promptly refund your security deposit and retain the rental monies until we are able to rent your week; if successful, we happily return the rental monies. The place was impeccably clean (even the fridge...). The neighborhood was calm, beautiful and friendly. And we were impressed to see that we had access to a dishwasher and laundry machines. Anyways, we all enjoyed your place very much, everything was perfect, and be sure I will keep your infos for a future trip in that region. (By the way thanks for the little Hershey chocolates.
