If you must cancel prior to sending the rental monies, we will retain the security deposit until we are able to rent your week; if successful, we happily return the deposit. If you must cancel subsequent to sending the rental monies, we will promptly refund your security deposit and retain the rental monies until we are able to rent your week; if successful, we happily return the rental monies.
