Also a set of full size washer and dryers are on this level o The 2nd floor is the cathedral ceiling living area, dining space and fully equipped kitchen. There is a study which can become a 4th bedroom with a queen trundle bed. o The 3rd floor loft looks down onto the dining and living areas with a sun /observation deck giving excellent views of the gulf, state preserve and the back bay. · Each bedroom and the great room has a TV with DVD players · Stereo through out the great room, dining area and the kitchen.
Professionally Decorated and Furnished : · All the flooring is imported Italian porcelain throughout the home · Custom cabinets and stone counter tops in the kitchen and bathrooms · The 2 master bedroom suites and 2 additional bedrooms sleep a total of 8 people a quality fold out couch in the loft provides room for 2 more guests if needed · Rain head and hand held showers in the two master bathroom showers · Complete kitchen with stainless appliances. Fully equipped so you can prepare your favorite meals. · 2nd kitchen with grill on the ground floor patio. Complete with sink and refrigerator · Ocean views from the great room, kitchen level veranda and deck. A wonderful spot to dine outside or just sit, relax and watching the sunset. · Miles of beach is just a few hundred yards down the sand lane with gulf cart parking. Some of the best shelling and fishing around.
