Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- $500 per week w/o AC or $600 per week w/AC

$100.00 security deposit required to confirm reservation and secure owner against loss or damage to house. Deposit will be refunded within 2 weeks after the key is returned to the owner assuming there is no loss or damage to the house caused by the renters. A Rental Agreement will be provided to be signed and returned with the deposit.
Full amount of rental is due and payable in US dollars 30 days before commencement of the rental term.

This remote island has a special feel to it that brings you back to a simpler time in life. The people that live on the island are friendly and you can be as busy as you like or as lazy as you like. The choice is yours and either way you are bound to love your stay on the island.

Sleeping to the sound of the ocean waves lapping on the rocks was a real treat and sunrise was spectacular! ...I hope we can return to Margaritaville soon... We enjoyed your house very much. You have done such a wonderful job decorating. It was one of the best vacations I have ever had. So relaxing. I plan on returning some day.... We spent the most relaxing 4 weeks in this beautiful, comfortable, well-equipped casa. Caretakers are very attentive and friendly. Sitting in the courtyard or seaside were equally relaxing and entertaining. Lots of flora and fauna. Safe, clean, and very private. Thank you for sharing with us. We love Isla Mujeres.
