Cancellation Policy : Any cancellation from the first day of booking up to 2 Weeks after booking we will charge for a processing fee of $ 75.00. From 2 Weeks up to 30 Days prior to arrival we will refund 1/2 of the money paid. There is no refunds for cancellations within the 31 day prior to arrival time frame.
We provide Linens & Towels. - Special Events Weeks are slightly higher Rates. Unless Special Discounts apply please add 10 % Sales Tax to all Rates. No Smoking & No Pets Allowed -No- Exceptions please.
