Rate information for this Cancun condo rental
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- From $600.00 to $700.00

50% of rental fee to hold the reservation.
Balance due and payable 60 days before scheduled arrival.
In addition to the payment for your reservation, a refundable fee of $200.00 is required for the door keys and remote controls. The keys will be priority mailed to your home 15 days before your arrival date. The $200.00 key/security deposit fee will be returned to you when the keys are returned to us.
Payment in US Dollars: Certified check or cashier's check.
Note: There is an additional $25 per week electricity surcharge during the months of June, July, Aug. and Sept.

The stainless steel kitchen sink is new along with a new sink base cabinet. There are many cabinets in the kitchen for storage; one wall is completely covered with cabinets. Dishes, silverware, coffee maker, toaster, microwave and blender are all included and are of the highest quality. The kitchen has new mini blinds and matching lined drapes. Maid service is furnished once a week, bed linen is changed once a week. Daily maid service can be arranged for an extra charge of $25.00 a day. Brisas complex has 24 hr security, a tennis court, laundry facility, mini deli gift shop open from 7am until 11pm daily. There are two swimming pools, one small child's, one full size adult with direct access to the outstanding cool sandy beach. The swimming pools are surrounded by palapas and lounge chairs; perfect for sunning and relaxing.
