Payment Options
We will send you instructions to wire money to our account. Room rates include continental breakfast, house rental and staffing. The security deposit is $500, fully refundable if the house is taken care of during your stay.
Payment Schedule
50% of the total rental fee must be paid 5 days after the reservation has been made. The remaining 50% must be paid 60 days prior to the arrival date.
There is a one week minimum during high season Thanksgiving to Easter.
There is a five night minimum during the value season which is Easter to Thanksgiving.
The preparation of two meals a day is included in with room rate .
Food, beverages and gratuities are not included.
All rental rates are subject to change
Christmas and Easter US$1150 per night for two weeks
or US$1250 per night for one week (Arriving or departing the 26 of December)
High Season
Thanksgiving to Easter US$700 per night
