3-night minimum stays required for: Presidents' Day, St.Patrick's Day / St. Joseph's Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Halloween, and Thanksgiving. 3-night minimum stays are $140 a night.
4-night minimum stays required for: French Quarter Festival (weekend after Easter), Jazz Fest (last weekend of April, and first weekend of May), Sugar Bowl (New Year's Day). 4-night minimum stays are $199 a night.
