$575-$1,320 minimum 3 nights stay. Weekly rentals are from check in at 3:00 p.m. Saturday to check out at 10:00 a.m. the following Saturday. If the week you are seeking is booked, we can help you book with another condo in the complex.
Renters must be 25 years of age or older. Couples and families only. No motorcycles or trailers allowed on the
premises.
A $200 security deposit is required to confirm your reservation. The rental fee in money order, certified check, personal check, or pay pal is due four weeks in advance of your arrival date. We accept credit cards Upon receipt of the rental balance, arrangements will be made for the key. The $200 security deposit will be returned after inspection of the condo and the key is returned .
Only weekly rental rates include a departure cleaning and 11.5% state and local taxes. Taxes and departure cleaning fee will be charged for rentals less than one week. - In case of cancellations, refunds will be made only if the owner is able to re-book the reserved time frame. Special monthly rental rates are available Oct-March

Amenities:: Our 1,250 sq ft. condo is exceptionally spacious, with 2BR/2 full baths. The condo has been renovated and redecorated (in 2004) for your ultimate vacation comfort and pleasure. The ocean view living room, with access to the deck, has a comfortable sofa and love seat, both of which convert for sleeping to amply accommodate 2 or more. The master bedroom has its own private bath, a king size bed, access to the deck and view of the ocean. The 2nd bedroom has twin beds with a conveniently located full bath. The kitchen is fully equipped with new appliances, ice maker, microwave, coffeemaker, blender, toaster, hand mixer, dishwasher and everything you need to cook and dine-in. The spacious dining area seats six, with a kitchen bar w/2 stools.
You'll enjoy cable TV in the living room and the bedrooms. Also included are local phone service, VCR and DVD, full size washer and dryer, beach chairs and beach umbrella. We provide all linens and towels (except beach towels). In addition, our condo is ideal for those who suffer from allergies, asthma, or chemical sensitivities. No pets or smoking allowed. The complex was built in the '80's, no out gassing of new construction materials. There are laminate and ceramic floors throughout--no carpeting. No curtains--only blinds throughout. The living room furniture has solid wood frames and all seating cushion, as well as pillows and mattresses on all beds are covered with dust mite covers. Both the furnace and vacuum cleaner use HEPA filters. No toxic exterminating. Non toxic cleaning products used. Portable air cleaners. Unit completely repainted with low VOC paint, All walls painted--no mold producing wallpaper.
