Our Home: The great room has a spacious living area with a full dining table for formal dining. The new couch provides comfortable seating for 8. The open plan kitchen has a breakfast nook overlooking the pool and includes over sized fridge/freezer, dishwasher, cooker and microwave. There is a separate utility area with the washer & dryer. The master suite has a king sized bed with two walk in wardrobes and a stunning bathroom with separate shower, garden tub and his & her wash basin. This suite also benefits from patio doors which lead to the pool area if you fancy a swim or you can relax and watch the 20-inch TV with DVD. Bedroom 2 has a queen size bed with lockable access to the second bathroom so a second suite can easily be created. Bedroom 3 has twin beds and access to the bathroom. Bedroom 4 also has twin beds and is located next door to the 3rd full bathroom. All rooms are elegantly furnished and equipped with cable TVs (and DVD players in bedrooms 1 & 2) and clock radios.

The pool area: The pool is set on an extended pool deck with a large covered lanai and luxury pool furniture. The area is fully screened and a pool guard is provided. There is also the advantage of an outside shower and washroom to save wet bodies having to go into the villa. The pool deck also benefits from all day sun whilst the covered lanai provides full shade so everyone is catered for. There are 4 comfortable loungers with a table and four chairs. Additional seating is supplied if needed. You can also choose to have the pool heated (for an additional fee) which makes the pool beautiful and warm even on the cooler days. A pool cover is provided to keep the pool warm once it is heated during the winter months.
