White oak flooring, wildlife art, animal furs, aspen and juniper accents, leather loveseat and rocking chairs add to its western charm. Specifically, the vacation home is located on a private road atop Colter Pass which ascends to become the Beartooth Scenic Byway, quoted to be the most scenic and dramatic drives in America! The mountain town of Cooke City is steeped in gold mining history, offers good dining and shopping in the summer, and welcomes everyone with a friendly, western charm. Amenities: This home is ready for your arrival. Such items that you would expect from a fine hotel await guests, such as fresh linens; Montana made soaps, shampoo and lotion; and an assortment of coffee and espresso maker.
Other necessities for an alpine experience are also included such as a wildlife spotting scope, telescope for star-gazing, and a soapstone woodstove to warm up chilly summer evenings.
