Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- From $2800/Week to $5300/Week
- Taxes of 9% are additional. $500 up-charges for holiday weeks: Easter, Memorial Day, July 4th, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years. Minimum 1 week rental for all holiday weeks; 4 night minimum Fl-Ga weekend. Maximum number of guest is 12 plus babies up to 2 years. $500 deposit per week or less is required to reserve the house; all rent and taxes due 8 weeks in advance of arrival. Damage deposits will be refunded within two weeks of departure, assuming no problems. A rental agreement must be completed and signed to secure the rental. Once paid, there are no refunds of deposits or rent unless the house becomes uninhabitable OR unless we are able to re-rent the house for the same dates and rates. If the owners do re-rent the house, a 10% fee is charged. We encourage renters to obtain trip cancellation insurance . Cleaning fees are $200 for nightly rentals ; weekly renters have the option of paying a $200 fee or doing basic cleaning.
- In fall and winter, we rent for a minimum of three nights. The basic rate is $550 per night for up to 6 guests; for each additional guest, there is an additional $25 charge per night. For weekly rentals during the fall or winter, the basic rate is $2800 for up to 6 guests. For each additional guest, we charge an additional $100 per week.

- The master bath has a large vanity with two glass vessel sinks, a large jetted tub, separate shower, and a private water closet. The other upstairs bath has a single vanity, toilet, and shower. It opens to the hall just outside the junior master and can also open to the deck, serving as a 'beach bath'. The downstairs bath has a vanity with two sinks and, in a separate compartment, a toilet and tub/shower combination. We also have an outdoor shower on the deck for rinsing off when returning from the beach.
