Amenities: The living room has a queen-size sofa sleeper, love seat, entertainment armoire equipped with a 27 inch TV with DVD, CD Player, books, videos and assorted board games. There is additional seating and lighting perfect to curl up with a good book. You can relax and enjoy the peaceful sound of the surf coming from the adjoining balcony. The dining room seats nine with views all the way down the beach from the large dining room window. We chose the tenth floor so your view wouldn’t be obstructed by another condo. The well appointed kitchen features granite counter tops, pantry, and all the amenities of home. The condo also has laundry room with a full-size washer, dryer, iron, and ironing board. The balcony has a large table and chairs, palm trees, and two Gliders.
Entry System: This is truly Heaven on Earth! Beautiful sugar white sand, warm ocean breezes, breathtaking sunsets and the peaceful sound of the surf! Everything you need for a Perfect Vacation on the Beach! Our Condo Has A Key-less Entry System. Our vacation property uses the latest security technology form WebKey Systems. We do not provide keys to our guests. All access is controlled by access codes, which Expire After Each Rental. You do not need to worry about keys being copied, driving to a rental office, losing keys at the beach, or meeting at the property to let others in. Our guests love this system, and we know that you will, too.
