A deposit of 50% due at time of booking; balance + cleaning deposit due at check-in. Any personal shopping/decorating requested for your pre-arrival date will be paid at time of check-in. You will also be responsible for all loss or damage done to property or it's contents during your stay. All problems must be promptly reported to owner. The two-story loft apartment has 1 bedroom and 1 full bath. It comes completely furnished, with telephone, cable TV, DVD, CD stereo, iron/ironing board, ceiling fan, air conditioning and heat. The kitchen is fully equipped, including stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffeemaker, blender, toaster, cooking accessories, dishes and silverware. The apartment sleeps 1-4, with a Queen-size bed in the bedroom upstairs and a full-size fold-out couch in the living room. All bed and bath linens provided. Laundry facilities available on premises, or at several local Laundromats. Rent includes all utilities, cable and local phone. If you like, we can do a pre-arrival shopping of food and beverages on a cost/hourly basis.
If you will be here for any of the holidays, we can also supply decorations and have the place festively adorned for your arrival on a cost/hourly basis as well.
